XVIIIc Re-hilt

This Sword is a custom hilt on a finished Albion bare blade. The tang was extended but nothing else was done to the blade. The guard and pommel are sculptural quality silicon bronze. The pommel is keyed and hot peened to the tang. The guard is banzaipeened to the tang. The leather covered wood grip has a half wire wrap done with twisted brass wire.

This sword is not available, but something similar could be commissioned. The cost for a re-hilt on a client provided blade is generally between $1800 - $2400.
