Thundercat Silver

This custom made sword is based on the Sword of Omens from the animated series "Thundercats". The blade is hardened and tempered 80CrV2 high carbon steel. The hilt is bronze with a nickel plating. There is a wood core in the grip between the bronze and the steel tang of the blade. The tang extends through the back of the pommel and is hot peened with a stainless peen block. The cat inserts are acrylic resin.

This sword is sold but another one could be commissioned.

The version with the revised guard shape which has the little triangular pieces at the top which sit inside the fullers would be $4900.

The older version without the revised shape and triangles would be $4300.

The bronze version without nickel plating would be $3700.
