Discerner Reclaimed

This sword started its life as a rusty blade blank from the Albion Swords moat sale many years ago. I finished the grinding on the blade and reshaped the tip, then heat treated the blank and did the normal finish grinding, sanding, and sharpening. A set of wax hilt components was fit to the blade and then cast in bronze. Finally adding a wood grip core with linen cord wrap and leather overwrap and the derelict blade is now a completed sword.
