Diablo

This fantasy sword takes its inspiration from the Diablo video game. It is styled along the lines of the large Conan swords with Diablo's head as the guard. This one uses my tortured souls pommel while a previous version used the shard from the game as the main element of the pommel.

This Sword is made from 196 layers of 1084, 15n20, and 80CrV2 steel. The blade is hardened, tempered twice, and sharpened. The guard and pommel are sculptura quality silicon bronze. he guard is banzaipeened to the tang and the pommel is hot peened. The grip has a wood core with cotton cord wrap and leather covering.

This sword is sold but a similar sword could be commissioned. The cost for the sword would be around $5200 with a pattern welded blade and $4300 with a monosteel blade.
