Airborne Beast

This custom commissioned sword was designed with input from the client and incorporates specific design elements unique to their life. The blade is hardened and tempered 80CrV2 high carbon steel. The guard and pommel are one-off pieces of sculptural quality silicon bronze. The grip has a wood core with a cotton cord wrap and leather covering. The pommel is keyed and hot peened to the tang. The scabbard is wood cored with leather covering and bronze chape and locket.

This sword is not available and the design won’t be repeated, but something along similar lines could be made in the $4000 range, not including a scabbard and belts.
